TinyHeroStories offers a unique experience of creating personalized children's books β books where the child becomes the hero of the story. Since these are custom-made products produced according to personal orders, it's important for us to clarify the cancellation, return, and service terms.
An order can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as the design, production, or printing process has not yet begun.
Such cancellation will entitle the customer to a full refund of the amount paid, minus a handling fee of 5% or 100 ILS (whichever is lower), in accordance with consumer protection law.

After the order is placed and the custom design has begun (including illustration, text, layout, or printing stages), the transaction cannot be cancelled, as the product is made to order according to the customer's personal specifications and taste.
This clause complies with Section 14C(d)(1) of the Consumer Protection Law, 1981, which states that there is no right of cancellation for a transaction of a product manufactured specifically at the consumer's request.
If the received book differs from the ordered details (for example, a different name, incorrect illustration, or actual damage to the product), you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the book and attach a photo or explanation.
We will examine the inquiry quickly, and if necessary, we will offer one of the following options:
Since each book is created based on the data entered by the customer (name, hair color, hobbies, etc.) β TinyHeroStories is not responsible for data entry errors.
If the creative stage (design/illustration) has not yet begun, you may contact us to update details, subject to time and system availability.
If the product is sent as a digital file or a self-printing version, it cannot be cancelled or refunded after the file is received.
In case of a technical problem with the file, you can contact customer service for correction or resending.
