1. Use of the Website

1. A condition for making a purchase on the Website is that the buyer is 18 years of age or older. By purchasing on the Website, the user declares that they are of legal age and have the legal capacity to carry out this transaction.

3. Payments are processed through external service providers, and we do not store your payment details.
4. The preparation and delivery time for the product is up to 12 business days from when the order and purchase are made on the Website. This time includes the creation, design, printing, and shipping process. In most cases, the book arrives earlier. The Website shall not be liable for delays and/or late deliveries carried out by a third party that are affected by force majeure and/or strikes and/or work stoppages and/or lack of response from the customer to coordinate delivery.

4. Product Liability

1. The products sold on the Website are personalized physical books, manufactured according to each customer's personal order.
2. We commit to providing a product of high print quality and according to the details entered by the customer in the system.
3. The company shall not be liable for direct and/or indirect damages that may result from use of the physical product (the book), except in cases of manufacturing defects or material non-conformity between the ordered product and the supplied product.
4. In case of manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or material non-conformity between the ordered product (name, image, theme) and the received product - customer service must be contacted within 7 days of receiving the product, with appropriate documentation (photos). In such cases, we will examine the inquiry and offer an appropriate solution, including product replacement at no cost or refund, at our discretion.
5. The Website and online services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind for the technical state of the Website itself. We shall not be liable for damages arising from technical disruptions, temporary service interruptions, or communication problems.
6. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your violation of these terms.
